Jo travels to Staten Island, New York to help Lisa and Rich Banjany with their 5-year-old twins Cameron & Zoe, and 3-year-old son, Blake. While the parents have control over their home business, Confuzzled Cookies, they have no control over their 4 kids. The boys fight constantly and Zoe can be good, but is a big handful when she misbehaves. Rich is concerned when Blake likes to be play dress-up with his big sister.
