To improve their communication skills, Chef Ramsay gives them a challenge in which each chef receives a jacket with a recipe on the back. The teammates must relay the recipes to one another. The winners head to Santa Barbara for foot messages and mojitos while the losers eat fish head soup and prep bass for the dinner service.
