Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using React.tv. React.tv is operated by React TV Inc.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using React.tv, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
React.tv is a platform that allows users to create and manage TV channels, watch parties, and content curation. The service includes features such as:
• Producing and managing 24/7 TV channels
• Hosting watch parties with synchronized content
• Content curation and playlist management
• Live streaming integration with OBS
• Support for YouTube and Twitch content
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of React.tv, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use React.tv to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload, share, schedule, stream, or post chat messages that break our content rules, including:
◦ Sexually explicit or pornographic content
◦ Content that promotes gambling or betting
◦ Content that promotes or glorifies violence or graphic injury
◦ Hate speech, including content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or similar characteristics
◦ Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of other users
◦ Content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights (including copyright and trademark)
◦ Spam, scams, fraud, or deliberately misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for commercial purposes without proper authorization
Content that breaks these rules isn't allowed anywhere on React.tv, including public channel chat. When we become aware of it, we may remove it, and we may suspend or terminate the accounts or channels involved.
You can report channels and public chat messages through in-app and web reporting flows. Reports are handled under our Privacy Policy and these Terms. For privacy-related questions, contact reacttvofficial@gmail.com.
Mature channels. Channel owners can mark a channel as mature. The label is for content made for adult audiences, such as films and shows with strong language, violence, gory scenes, sexual themes or nudity. Viewers see a warning before a mature channel plays. It doesn't permit any of the prohibited content above, which stays prohibited on mature channels too. Channels that exist to show sexual content or gore will be removed.
5. Content and Copyright
React.tv respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. You are responsible for:
• Ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload or share
• Respecting copyright and trademark laws
• Not using content that belongs to others without permission
We use embeds and APIs from content platforms (YouTube, Twitch) to ensure proper attribution to original content creators.
React.tv uses YouTube API Services. By using React.tv features that show YouTube content or connect a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
6. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of React.tv, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
7. Subscription and Payment Terms
React.tv offers both free and premium subscription plans. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to:
• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize recurring payments for subscription renewals
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. React.tv may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
React.tv and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of React.tv after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
